Welcome to Villa Za Cieszynianką. We are pleased to host you and kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules, designed to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.

§1 Accommodation Rules

1. Rooms are rented on a nightly basis.
2. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to vacate the room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure (without prior arrangement) will result in a charge for an additional day; however, the room must still be vacated as per the original reservation.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Repeated disturbance of quiet hours or failure to adhere to common norms may result in the termination of services, which does not exempt the guest from the obligation to pay for the full reservation. Guests looking for party venues are kindly asked not to book with us.
4. Use of the kitchen area is prohibited during quiet hours.
5. From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, only guests of the villa are allowed in the rooms.
6. Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products, and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the facility, including on balconies. A fine of 1000 PLN will be charged for smoking in the room or bathroom. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
7. Pets are not allowed in the facility.
8. We are not responsible for valuable items left in the rooms.
9. A fee of 100 PLN applies for lost keys.
10. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to the property.
11. Parking around the building is free, monitored, but not guarded.
12. Entering the building in ski boots or bringing ski/snowboard equipment inside is prohibited. Please leave ski equipment in the designated ski storage area. This also applies to bicycles and strollers.
13. Children under 16 may use the playground under parental supervision.
14. For fire safety reasons, the use of irons, heaters, electric kettles, and similar devices not provided in the room is prohibited.
15. Left items will be stored for 7 days. After this period, they will be disposed of.
16. Items left in the room by a departing guest will be sent to the guest’s provided address at their expense.
17. Guests may leave luggage at the property free of charge on the day of arrival or departure, as arranged with the staff.
18. Please report any malfunctioning equipment as soon as possible so that repairs can be made promptly.

§2 Pricing and Reservation Rules

1. Prices listed on the zacieszynianka.pl website do not constitute an offer as defined by Article 66 of the Civil Code and are for informational purposes only.
2. A local tax of 2 PLN per person per day of stay will be added to the listed prices.
3. As of November 1, 2023, guests who require a VAT invoice for a company must inform us at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of an invoice reduced by the deposit already paid. This clause does not apply to invoices issued to individuals.
4. A deposit of at least 30% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation, but no less than the value of the first night’s stay. Failure to check in on the first day without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
6. The remaining balance must be paid in cash no later than on the day of arrival.
7. A confirmed reservation that is not fully utilized due to early departure or late arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the service value as per the original booking.
8. Children under 3 years old – 40 PLN per night without services.
9. Baby cot (with bedding) – 20 PLN per night.
