A local tax of PLN 2 per person per day must be added to the prices quoted.
A deposit of 30% is required when making a reservation, but it must not be less than the value of the first night’s stay. If the guest does not arrive on the first day (without prior notice), it is considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is payable in cash, no later than the day of check-in.
If you wish to receive a vat invoice for your stay, please inform us at the time of booking and provide us with your invoice details.
A booking that is confirmed and subsequently not used in full due to early departure or late arrival shall be charged at 100% of the value of the accommodation service as originally booked.
Check-in begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
